A tablet at the front desk with a PIN per person. Clock in, clock out, count the float, log the coaching session. Every Friday the week's hours land in the payroll system's own import format, with anything odd flagged before anyone is paid.
Uses the cameras you already have and the button on the post. A small box at the club keeps a rolling 90 seconds per court, cuts a clip on every press, stamps your club on it, and hands it to the player over a QR code. Clips only exist because someone pressed; nothing else is recorded.
